“Sometimes I think we may have done too good of a job pushing the theme of collaboration,” jokes Julie Holbrook as she glances at a wall of boxes containing some 1,300 graduate applications to the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS).
Holbrook, director of graduate admissions at SEAS, says that students are attracted to SEAS precisely because of the School’s notable role as a connector with the rest of the Harvard campus.
