Jennifer 8. Lee, A.B. ’99 (applied math), has been named a director on the governing board of InsideClimate News, an independent, non-profit, non-partisan news organization that covers clean energy, carbon energy, nuclear energy, and environmental science.
Lee, a journalist, film producer, and entrepreneur, is the founder of literary studio Plympton, which focuses on innovative projects in publishing. A former reporter at the New York Times, she is also author of the New York Times bestseller “The Fortune Cookie Chronicles,” a book on how Chinese food is all-American.
In addition to her Harvard degree, Lee studied international relations at Beijing University.
