Landesman honored by Mathematical Association of America

Aaron Landesman, A.B. ’16, a mathematics concentrator who completed a secondary in computer science, has received honorable mention for the 2017 Frank and Brennie Morgan Prize.

The prize, awarded by the Mathematical Association of America, stands to recognize and encourage outstanding mathematical research by undergraduate students. One winner and honorable mention recipient are named each year.

Landesman, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in mathematics at Stanford University, graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College and earned highest honors in mathematics. His senior thesis was focused on interpolation in algebraic geometry.
