Register your Student Organization
In order to maintain your student organization's affiliation with SEAS, you must reapply annually. This status enables your group to apply for SEAS student organization funding, host events with the support of SEAS staff/faculty. All student organizations MUST be recognized/registered through Harvard College via the DSO (for undergraduate clubs -- with the exception of SEAS-Sponsored EWB, SWE, SHPE, and NSBE). Please complete your annual SEAS Student Organization Affiliation Form. Please note that only students that complete this registration will be eligible for SEAS funding throughout the year.
Throughout the academic year, we use the SEASclubs@seas.harvard.edu list serv to communicate new policies, upcoming funding deadlines and any important meeting with SEAS administrators with all SEAS-Affiliated Student Organizational Leaders. Additionally, student leaders can feel free to use this list serve as a way to communicate upcoming events and/or opportunities to collaborate with other organizations in this network. To add yourself to the listserv, please email your request to Rachel DeLucas (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please be advised that administrators will be on this list serve and therefore students should use their best judgement on what is or is not appropriate to send along.
