CS PhD Review Days

The Computer Science faculty review the progress of each CS PhD student annually.  These "committee of the whole" meetings take place at the end of fall and spring semesters, with different sets of students addressed in each.  CS staff or the Office of Academic Programs inform PhD students and their advisors in advance when they need to fill out the survey that provides information for the faculty to review.  The CS faculty expect all PhD students to reply to these survey requests promptly.

As in other areas of SEAS, CS PhD students are also encouraged to meet with their research committee members, individually or as a group, at least annually after the qualifying exam.
