Feature story highlights Chang's business and culinary success

Joanne Chang, A.B. '91, an applied math concentrator, was recently featured in a Boston Globe article about the growth of her culinary businesses.

Chang, who owns four bakeries and an Asian restaurant in the Boston area, recently opened an 8,500-square-foot production kitchen in Boston's Allston neighborhood. In addition to her successful businesses, Chang is the author of three cookbooks.

She is currently scouting locations for a fifth outpost of her Flour Bakery + Cafe and is also considering opening a second restaurant with her husband, restaurateur Christopher Myers.
