David Gilmour, A.B. ’80 (engineering and applied physics), S.M. ’82 (engineering) has been named Chief Technology Officer at the Silicon Valley talent analytics firm WhoKnows.
He will lead the company’s technology vision and the development of its next generation talent analytics solutions. WhoKnows uses data to help firms discover employee expertise, understand relationships within the organization, and improve staffing.
Gilmour, who has more than 25 years of experience as a hi-tech entrepreneur, executive, and board member, most recently served as senior vice president, collaboration technology, for Oracle Corporation. He also serves on the SEAS Dean’s Council.
