Our Rates

- Internal Customers are Harvard professors, researchers, faculty, grad students or post doc’s with access to a valid 33-digit account string. They are charged $85.00 hourly plus materials. An expedite charge of $175.00 allows work after hours resulting in faster delivery, and although they are given a ROM estimate, they are billed based on actual time and materials.

- External Customers are most often from other Universities or private non-profit entities. They accept a quotation with a purchase order number.  Their hourly rate is $95.00 however they will not be billed for any amount more than that which they were quoted, plus materials and an expedite fee should they desire.
