Changing Our World: True Stories of Women Engineers, published by the American Society of Civil Engineers, features two DEAS pioneers

Grace Murray Hopper, who worked as one of the first computer programmers and coined the term 'bug' while at Harvard in the 1940s, and astronaut Stephanie Wilson S.B. '88, who is slated for the next Space Shuttle mission.
