Scott Crouch, S.B. ‘13, has been named to The Software Report’s Top 25 Software Leaders of New York for 2022. Crouch co-founded Mark43, which offers cloud-based solutions for government public safety agencies. Mark43’s platform emerged from a group project in a SEAS engineering class and today includes a record management system, computer-aided dispatch program and data analytics software. The Boston Police Department began using Mark43 products in 2019.
Crouch studied electrical engineering at the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. As a senior at Harvard, he was part of the startup team that won the 2013 Harvard University President’s Challenge for social entrepreneurship for Nucleik, which offers an information management system for law enforcement. He joined the New York University School of Law Policing Project in 2018.
