Office of Audio Visual (AV) Services

AV Services provides AV support for members of the SEAS community within classrooms, conference rooms, seminar rooms and learning spaces at our Allston Campus.

Services include: 

• On-site Assistance
• Event Support
• Lecture Capture
• Trainings
• Accessibility Accommodations

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

Effective Monday, December 15th, 2025, all AV support and assistance requests for Cambridge spaces should be directed to Educational Support Services (ESS). Support tickets can be created by emailing ess@fas.harvard.edu or they can be reached at (617) 495-9460.
