Event Support
Event Support can be requested in the following ways:
- When creating a reservation in RoomBook
- Filling out appropriate Event Form
Event Support requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your event.
Event support is dependent on staff and equipment availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee support or equipment. Please coordinate with our team to determine availability.
Event Recording
To arrange for a one-time recording, please fill out the event capture request.
If a video will be made available to the public, closed captions are required at the cost of the video owner. Please see the university Digital Accessibility Policy for more information.
Loaner Equipment
AV Services has a limited amount of loaner equipment available by request for SEAS Faculty and Staff.
To request equipment, please contact AV Services at least two weeks in advance.
