Event Support

The AV Services team provides professional audio-visual support, recording, and streaming services to ensure your events are successful. Utilizing state of the art control rooms, we offer everything from dedicated support to high quality live streams.

Our services are tiered based on the complexity and staffing requirements of the event. Support charges will be determined after event consultation. For a detailed breakdown of equipment rentals and technician labor rates, please refer to our current price list below.

Event Support can be requested in the following ways: 

• When creating a reservation in RoomBook
• Filling out appropriate Event Form
  • SEAS Space Request
  • SEAS Student Org Requests

Event Support requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your event. 

Event support is dependent on staff and equipment availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee support or equipment. Please coordinate with our team to determine availability.

Event Recording

To arrange for a one-time recording, please fill out the event capture request.  

If a video will be made available to the public, closed captions are required at the cost of the video owner. Please see the university Digital Accessibility Policy for more information. 

Loaner Equipment

AV Services has a limited amount of loaner equipment available by request for SEAS Faculty and Staff. 

To request equipment, please contact AV Services at least two weeks in advance.
