Lisa manages graduate student forms (including for 299r course enrollments); the calendaring process for the qualifying exam and final defense; and supports multiple activities across the office.

Ximena Hasbach

Ximena is primary contact and administrator for the concurrent (AB/SM) masters degree programs in Applied Math, Applied Physics, Computer Science, and Engineering Sciences.  Ximena also develops and supports programming for SEAS graduate students in general.

Amelia Ostling

Amelia manages degree-progress, milestone, and other academic data for graduate students in OAP programs, especially PhD students.  She coordinates Committee on Higher Degrees meetings and communicates with students and advisors about many aspects of the CHD process, and students' programs overall.

Suzanne Smith offers individualized consultations and workshops to assist SEAS PhD candidates with their writing. Suaznne works closely with students to develop and improve papers, grant and fellowship applications, and professional documents, such as research statements. She helps SEAS PhD candidates to heighten the impact of their research by fostering and refining their written communication skills. Students who wish to arrange for an individualized consultation should contact Suzanne Smith at smith03@seas.harvard.edu.
