SEAS DIB Climate Survey Working Group [New Update]

SEAS administered the first climate survey back in 2018, which formed the basis of a strategic set of goals for diversity, inclusion and belonging at SEAS.

[UPDATE] In March/April 2022, SEAS administered the Climate Survey again. Results from the survey will be processed and shared on the website.

SEAS Staff Hiring and Retention Working Group

The SEAS Staff Hiring and Retention Group takes a data driven approach to the hiring and retention of staff at SEAS. It is working with a data analyst to analyze data on previous staff hiring practices and inform changes in future hiring procedures.

SEAS Post-Baccalaureate Working Group

This program aims to provide a bridge to graduate education in STEM for students interested in gaining additional skills and enhancing their preparation for graduate education in engineering and applied sciences. Students will participate in a two-year post-baccalaureate training program in which they will engage in extensive research experience, have access to academic courses, and attend professional development opportunities.
