Copiers

To report a technical issue with a SEAS copier or to request paper, contact the SEAS Service Center.  

 

 

Document Shredding

Document shredding collection bins are available for temporary use.  Submit a request with the work order system or contact us at facilities@seas.harvard.edu.

Electronic Waste (e-waste)

E-waste collection is available at SEAS. 

  • To request pick up of computing equipment, submit a request to ithelp@harvard.edu.
  • To request pick up of a non-computing e-waste item, use the work order system or contact us at facilities@seas.harvard.edu.
  • Small e-waste items such as batteries, can be disposed of in "Universal Waste Accumulation Area" containers located throughout SEAS. Please review signage and bag or tape batteries before putting them into the e-waste bucket.  

 

Furniture

The SEAS Facilities Office is responsible for furnishing offices, common areas, and classrooms spaces at SEAS. To report a problem with an existing furniture item, contact the SEAS Facilities Office.

Information on workplace ergonomics is available by Harvard Environmental Health & Safety.

Information on the SEAS Sit-Stand Desk Policy is available at the SEAS Office of Human Resources.

Parking & Shuttles

For information about parking, shuttles, and commuting resources go to the Harvard University Transportation and Parking Office.

Parking permits are required for Harvard Parking lots and managed by the Harvard University Transportation and Parking Office.
