Graduate Admissions Data (Fall 2024)

For the class of graduate students entering in Fall 2024, SEAS received nearly 6,500 applications across all PhD and masters programs; nearly 250 graduate students enrolled in Fall 2024. For enrolled students across all PhD and masters programs, the average undergraduate GPA was ~3.8 (on a 4.0 scale).  Due to the interdisciplinary nature of SEAS, students come with a variety of undergraduate majors. Common undergraduate majors include computer science, engineering (examples: mechanical, bio, electrical, and chemical), mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
