Access

Any member of the Harvard community with an HUID (students, staff, and faculty) is welcome to gain access to the REEF Makerspace. If you are new to the REEF Makerspace, please use the following links to schedule an in-person, 20 minute orientation, and complete the online training portion:

(1)   Schedule an In-Person Orientation (close toed-shoes and an HUID are required)

(2)   Machine Shop and Makerspace Safety-Soldering Required (EHS) online training

Swipe access to the REEF is typically approved within one week of both (1) completing the in-person orientation and (2) completing the online training.

Swipe is removed at the end of August as we move into the new academic year. If you are a returning member, please make sure your online training is up to date within the last 365 days and reach out to Joe at jkile@seas.harvard.edu to regain access.
