9. Library
Centrally located on the second floor, the 3,100-square-foot library features a variety of study nooks, open spaces, bookable study rooms, a dedicated quiet room, and a terrace looking out to the Engineering Yard.
A librarian is onsite to answer questions, aid with the library’s catalog and extensive databases, and assist with in-depth literature reviews for undergraduates and graduate theses and dissertations. Feel free to stop by, call, or email the Engineering Librarian, Robyn Rosenberg, for assistance and consultation.
The SEC Library has a small browsable print collection designed to inspire and educate users. Book checkout is available using the self-checkout app or kiosk, allowing Harvard affiliates to access the collection at their leisure. Harvard affiliates have access to all of Harvard Library’s circulating materials, delivered right to the SEC Library, via the secure book locker system. Books from any of Harvard's 28 libraries can be returned at this location as well.
